for the software product "LS Optimizer Software V 2.1 (or forthcoming versions)",
which will be designated by the term "LS". The "LS" consists computer software
and on line documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the "LS", you
agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA,
do not install or use the "LS".
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Mr. Wilton grants to you as an individual, a personal,
nonexclusive license to use the "LS". The registration fee for the use of "LS"
is U$ 425.00 (each Computer) and this document signed by Mr. Wilton guarantees that the
payment was made. The payment can be made in

2. REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
the "LS".
3. UPGRADES. All subsequent versions of the "LS" fall under the terms of this EULA.
Upgrades are designated as software packages of the same name but with an incremented
version number.
4. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the "LS" are owned by Mr. Wilton.
The "LS" is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. The "LS" and the accompanying files are sold "as is"
without warranty of any kind. All warranties, either express or implied, including, but not
limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are
expressly and specifically disclaimed.
6. LIABILITY. Neither Mr. Wilton or anyone else who has been involved in the creation,
production, or delivery of this software shall be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential, special, incidental, or similar damages arising out of the use or inability to
use such software even if Mr. Wilton has been advised of the possibility of such damages
or claims. In no event shall Mr. Wilton's liability for any damages ever exceed the price
paid for the license to the "LS", regardless of the form of the claim. The individual using
the "LS" bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the product.
7. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Brazil and
shall inure to the benefit of Mr. Wilton, his heirs, successors, and assigns. Any action or
proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or relating to this
agreement shall be brought only in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located
in Campina Grande, Paraiba. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said
courts.
